| can't afford it and don't cry when someone is just playing by the established rules of business. If it makes you sleep better, then give it back, but he clearly thinks he should not have to give it back and I agree that the only reason he would is just out of the kindness of his heart. Like I said, I think anyone is an idiot to expect to get that money back and be mad if they don't. Why they hell would you give money in the first place then? The money is payment for holding the item which gets rolled into the payment once it is made. No one should expect to get a deposit back unless it is agreed upon in the first place, which makes no sense. If you are giving the money back, you might as well just take his word for it. losing the money keep people from jerking sellers around and wasting time when they do not have the funds in the first place. You wanna play you gotta pay.
